Dry tropical forest

Population
The Tatacoa is a fragile dry tropical forest that must be cared for and respected by all when traveling its paths El Cuzco, Palmira and El Doche, places where the main activities of ecological tourism are realized by walks across the paths, camps in meditation areas, observation of stars in astronomy conferences, practice of astrophotography, bird watching and celestial phenomena. It is important that the visitor be guided on the importance of taking care and walking properly through La Tatacoa, indicating the fragility of the land due to erosion, risks when leaving the trails, conservation of waste, walking in silence and NOT stepping on, damaging or extracting the vegetation and / or animals. Recommend to camp only in the hostels and NOT to generate fires.
“Try to leave the world in better conditions than when you came to it.”. Robert Baden-Powell
